Franck Wijckmans
Frank Wijckmans is a partner of Contrast. He is active in the fields of EU and competition law and Belgian business law. Frank is an experienced negotiator, litigator and arbitrator. He is a regular speaker at conferences.
He graduated from the University of Antwerp and obtained a Master's degree at the University of Virginia (USA).
He has an extensive publication record in the fields of EU competition law and EU and Belgian distribution law. He is the co-author of a monograph on the current EC competition law regime applicable to vertical agreements, including motor vehicle distribution, "Vertical Agreements in EC Competition Law".
