Nicholas Levy
Nicholas Levys practice focuses on EC and U.K. competition law. He has extensive experience in notifying mergers and joint ventures under the EC Merger Regulation, as well as coordinating the pan-European notification of international transactions with various national competition authorities, particularly the U.K. Office of Fair Trading.
He has also been involved in a number of important proceedings before the Community Courts.
He has written and spoken widely on a broad array of European competition law issues, and has authored a two-volume treatise entitled European Merger Control Law: A Guide to the Merger Regulation.
He is distinguished as a leading Competition/Antitrust lawyer by Chambers Global and was included in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Competition and Antitrust Lawyers and Global Competition Review's surveys of the world's brightest young antitrust lawyers.
