Purpose

The LL.M. programme has been designed to meet the needs of companies and their counsels, faced with the increased complexity of the competition rules and unprecedented economic risks arising from its enforcement.

It targets in particular :

fleche Business lawyers and economic consultants (junior and senior), seeking to expand, improve or refresh their knowledge of competition law and economics ;
fleche Companies, not only in-house lawyers, but also managers, executives and public affairs experts who come across competition issues in their daily business activities ;
fleche Civil servants from competition agencies, sectoral regulators, public administrations and state-owned companies, who regularly have to deal with situations involving competition law.
